Reiki, along with other forms of energy work, has been the foundation of a life long career as a massage therapist. Not only has this energetic modality helped my career, it has assisted me along my path of dedication to a daily spiritual practice and holistic lifestyle. This class is very special to me and I am happy to assist you in learning the traditional form of Usui Reiki.

Lesson plan includes:

How to clear a person through sage/crystals/sound/intentions.

Creating a sacred space/container for healing.

Introduction to Reiki.

The Reiki Story.

The levels of the aura body and its connection to the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical body.

The role of emotions & thoughts and how it effects the body, according to scientific studies.

Brief introduction to the Nervous and Endocrine system; its correlation and location to chakras.

Visualization exercises, for the ability to increase concentration skills.

Hand exercises to note subtle energetic differences also, for the purpose of tonification and regulation of your energy through your hands, for transmission of Reiki to recipients.

The application of the 12 hand placements for 1st degree Reiki practitioners.

Giving and receiving of a Reiki session.

Attunement to 1st Degree Reiki practitioner and certificate.

This class will empower students and give another modality to LMT’s and a healing touch for nurses.

Students can expect to offer quality Reiki sessions because of taking this Reiki

1st degree course.

Review of Diane Steins; Book Essential Reiki (recommended purchase) and an overview of how to use the book as a guide.

PRE-REQUISITE IS REQUIRED OF USUI REIKI 1

Now that you have mastered self-Reiki and as well, have been giving Reiki to your food, plants, pets and other people, it is time to move forward with your Reiki training, and become a 2nd degree Reiki practitioner.

Lesson Plan Includes:

How to sage a space to remove all negative energy and how to bring forth positive energy through sweet scents.

The 3 symbols, that Mikao Usui saw on the 21st day of mediation at the top of Mt. Koriyama, in Japan. These symbols will boost your ability to be effective Reiki practitioners. Students will learn to draw the symbols and learn their purpose in a Reiki session.

Kundalini breath work and understanding the hara line, mingmin and dantien points, with location and function. Additionally, you will learn how to move and regulate your energy with what is known as the “Great Heavenly Cycle”.

Bone Breathing: A chi gung application of breath work for the client during sessions.

This powerful breath work application allows clients to rinse and remove negative residue in the deep layers of the tissues and structures. This breath work is taught to clients prior to a reiki session and brings forth a deep sense of relaxation, due to the stimulation of the para sympathetic nervous system.

Finally, you will receive your attunement to 2nd degree Reiki practitioner.

This course is designed to empower your Reiki abilities while honoring Usui method of Reiki. At the end of this course, you will be proficient in 2nd degree Reiki practices and will feel confident in Reiki sessions, with your additional skills. This class will enhance any body work session and create the opportunity for a deeper level of facilitation for your clients, as well.

Lesson Plan Includes:

In this master class students will earn their advanced certification and become the reiki master. This unique class offers traditional Usui teachings and also includes additional fundamentals of energy medicine to complete the reiki teachings.

The Three Touches: The listening touch, power touch and the peace touch. These three variants will help the practitioner to be a master with how to apply reiki in an advanced way and what intention to give based off of the client’s needs.

A Reiki Visualization Meditation: This meditation is in preparation of a reiki session and to increase internal awareness: This is an exercise of visualizing the 3 symbols taught in 2nd degree reiki plus the master symbols learned in this master class. This exercise calls upon the symbols purpose and aligns the practitioner with the intentions of a reiki session. This exercise is also considered a grounding exercise and builds the practitioners energetic strength to give multiple session within a day.

Bone Packing is a highly effective way to ground and center the body during reiki sessions and also a way to flush and revive your personal chi before and after. This powerful exercise will assist you is the ability to practice reiki and not feel drained after a session.

Meet your Reiki Guide: Students will be guided through a shamanic journey to upperworld realms to meet their celestial, spiritual, reiki guides. This powerful journey will empower the students and give them the ability to make connections with the guiding forces that assist them in reiki healings.

The Reiki Grid: Students will learn how to build and use a reiki grid. The reiki grid is used for both manifestation and personal power practices. The grid is composed of the symbols, crystals, deities and other objects the student feels called to use in order to set intentions and manifest desires. This practice is part of the traditional method of Usui Reiki, only taught to Reiki Masters.

Receiving the master attunement: Students will receive the final attunement raising their resonance to reiki master.

Attunement Passing Practice: Students will learn how to pass attunements, so they know how to pass an attunement, as the reiki master.

This course is approved through NCBTMB for 4 CE’s.

***Psychic Surgery: This traditional Usui method of advanced reiki does not meet the criteria for NCBTMB guidelines, therefore is taught after the 4 hour course, as a free additional instruction to those who would like to learn, also at no additional cost.

Please note that no CE credits are given for this 30 minute lesson.
